The one on the UP lines is different from the rest I believe, and hasn't been released into the wild yet. They use it for operation north pole, but it might still have outside lights.

Is this from this or last year? Im trying to get them added to my train tracker
December 7, 2025 at 5:50 PM

I think architects really need to touch some grass because what do you mean under the clear glass roof you emulated the old roofs, that provided shade, but without any shade, thus turning the entire station into a super greenhouse??? come ON dude

oops i fucked it up, too late tho
December 5, 2025 at 10:03 PM
still on my bullshit

On a real note though, I think this "x percentage of y ridership" metric is probably the best way to compare airports in terms of which carries more passengers, but nothing else. It doesn't communicate the raw numbers, why one number is getting closer/further from 100%, etc

I'm back on my bullshit
December 5, 2025 at 5:31 AM
ok so i sketched out what such a transfer would look like. the alternative does exist to do it across the street or to build a new mezzanine right under the intersection of state/lake
December 5, 2025 at 2:50 AM
Interesting concept. Unfortunately this has never been done before and is impossible
December 4, 2025 at 12:58 AM

who's fucking boat...
December 1, 2025 at 5:04 PM
I think that might be the intention but the parts of the river that have been "plowed" are isolated and have completely different times, so I'm gonna guess this was from trucks crossing bridges, intersecting with the segments, and being automatically marked as plowed.
November 30, 2025 at 8:00 PM
According to the city they plowed... *checks notes* ... the CHICAGO RIVER at 10pm last night.

I don't think that's true
November 30, 2025 at 7:44 PM
I think it says something about the performance of ArcGIS when the chicago snowplow tracker has to spread the trucks between three separate layers
November 30, 2025 at 7:11 PM
Yeah checked just now and they seem to be a lot more spread out now.
November 30, 2025 at 7:05 PM
