I ended up canceling the next appointment. The receptionist asked what the reason for canceling was, and I said ending care.
I was pretty torn up about it. She was never a great therapist to me, but was there during a really hard time.

Help! I don't know how to break up with a therapist. I feel bad about it, but she always says the most unhelpful shit.

Since this has been getting likes lately, I have an update -- BS responded to the feedback and said they'd send my request along to the ones who reinstate accounts and said individuals can request reinstatement and that other accounts can do it on behalf of banned accounts.
Nothing specific.

Going through this with my new boss. Woke up to work texts and they are still coming.
