Le Monde : Depuis votre sketch controversé avec l'humoriste Aymeric Lompret en 2024 dans le cadre d'une soirée « Voices for Gaza», vous avez dit dans «Télérama» ne plus recevoir aucune proposition. Est-ce toujours le cas? Blanche Gardin: Oui. J'ai tourné, quelques jours après le sketch et avant qu'il soit largement diffusé, Alter ego (sortie prévue le 4 mars 2026), de Nicolas Charlet et Bruno Lavaine, avec notamment Laurent Lafitte. Mais depuis, plus rien. Mon agente m'a tourné le dos après quinze ans de collaboration à cause d'un pin's "Artiste pour le cessez-le-feu" que j'avais porté en février à la Berlinale lors de la présentation de L'Incroyable Femme des neiges. Après Berlin, j'ai eu une discussion avec elle, car je voulais comprendre. Elle m'a dit que plus personne ne voulait travailler avec moi, que je faisais peur à toute la profession. A cette occasion, elle m'a expliqué que la proposition ferme que m'avait faite /l'actrice et réalisatrice/ Valérie Donzelli pour son prochain film avait été retirée non par elle mais par son producteur, Alain Goldman. Si j'en parle, ce n'est pas pour dire que j'ai subi une injustice, mais parce que je pense qu'il faut vraiment qu'on commence à grandir un peu. Le Monde : C'est-à-dire? Blanche Gardin: Je suis sortie de l'effet de sidération. Au-delà des répercussions médiatiques de ce sketch, j'ai reçu des menaces de viol, de meurtre, des campagnes de téléphone en provenance d'Israël, des tags sur ma porte, même mon frère a été agressé. Je ne dis pas ça pour me plaindre, mais c'est un état de fait. Il y a un déni sur ce qu'on a le droit de dire en tant que citoyen quand nos dirigeants soutiennent dans le discours et dans les actes un régime qui s'apprète à massacrer une population civile. Qu'est-ce qui nous arrive pour que se scandaliser de ça dans un sketch d'humour donne ce résultat-là? Et pourquoi ce silence des artistes? L'argument que j'ai souvent entendu a été: «je n'ai pas envie qu'on m'oblige à choisir un camp.» Mais ils se taisent pour conserver leur mode de vie, leur carrière.

Cooking something... My new endeavor. I have to painfully narrow it down, trying to get both of them to 26 tracks max (In my mind they have an instrumental track for the intro that's playing before the band arrives on stage, as something to set the mood).

The playlists are both over 2 and a half hours long for now, as I have to curate my selection of tracks.
