If you aren’t making illegal orders then you shouldn’t be worried about people not following your orders. Why are they mad. Lol

I’ve lived through enough bad QBs as a Browns fan to know that a good game vs a 2 win team means nothing and we need to see him consistently do this against good teams. If this was 10 years ago, I’d be way too excited.

Justice department should tell that to the hague

i remember learning about how in post world war 2, when People were at The Hague, they didn’t care that someone was just “following orders.” Just because the govt says it is okay, doesn’t mean you arent committing war crimes.

Trump can put his products on the market but we can’t have city run grocery stores.

I think the problem was that nobody actually knew what DePodesta’s job actually was. This made people kinda fill in the blanks on their own. They automatically assume he was doing the wrong thing because the team sucked.

Considering I still have to pay taxes Elon would still be better off than me if he would be taxed at 99.999995%.
November 7, 2025 at 4:14 AM
For reference, taxing that salary at 99.9999% would still leave him with $1 million. I got my first job 20 years ago and have not come close to earning $1 million in my lifetime. Hell taxing him at 99.999995% would get him down to my current salary working in a corporate office.
November 7, 2025 at 4:11 AM
You could tax that at 99.9999% and his take home pay is still larger than my lifetime earnings, by a lot. 99.9999% still gives him $1 million.

Why would Sliwa care about a guy that primaried as a democrat. It’s wild to think that a Republican should drop out for an establishment dem.
November 5, 2025 at 12:51 AM
I don’t think people understand how much money billionaires make. If you taxed Elon Musk at 99.9% his take home pay would still be larger than my lifetime earnings and I work a corporate job.

you aren’t wrong but I do think you need to consider how much wealthy people hate losing money.

I’ve seen a TikTok of someone saying it was for the next national treasure movie. Gotta watch out for Nic Cage.

Are there any hard laws about “on/off record” conversations.? I thought that was just a professional curtesy to help build relationships between journalists and the people they cover.

Cincinnati Zoo had some White Tigers for a long time up until 5-6 years ago when the last one died. It was kinda the iconic animal there. So this is just a nod to them.

He isn’t proof of failure of meritocracy. He is proof that we were never a meritocracy.

Not going to lie, some of these name shock me that they retired only 5 years ago. Some seem like they retired 2 years ago. Some feel like they retired 10 years ago.
