Barrister. Dad. Lib Dem. Sunderland fan. Like a pint. One day I will make a load of pogs with Brian Noble’s face on them. You see if I don’t.
Yes The Daily Star! Very much yes!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if Kevin Sinfield had played his career in rugby union they probably would have given him the vacant Duchy of York.

I know it’s daft in so many ways but that newspaper at times makes me proud to be British 😂 🇬🇧

Lovely bit of work from the BBC sport live text team here!

Oooh Donald and FIFA the world leading current affairs journal, the Daily Star just took you down to big school and gave you a spanking!

Listening to #theashes and was reminded of this glorious ad campaign of yesteryear. Just lovely stuff all round.

Nice distraction from the actual cricket.

Well said @libdemdaisy.bsky.social

Look at Zia Yusuf as she absolutely harpoons his nonsense!

Amazing effort Joe! Well done that man!

Can we talk about Daniel Sturridge’s leather shacket and single earring combination?

Bold.

Absolutely brilliant to see this lad come on as well! Luke O’Nien: Premier League footballer.

He’s come a hell of a long way since being released by Watford.

Hard work, determination, attitude. Turns out it can get results.

Good effort Mr Sunderland!

Went to my first Sunderland game this season (not as easy to get there as often as I like what with living in Chester) and what an awesome game! So impressive that we kept our heads and found a way to win in difficult circumstances. Really impressive football! Great to be there with my amazing wife!

Had a chat this morning with a chap who refused to acknowledge Brexit’s role in increased illegal immigration.

We shook hands and left as friends, which is important, but agreed to profoundly disagree.

Sometimes the facts can be terribly inconvenient for an argument can’t they?

Tories - wish they were Reform

Labour - terrified of Reform

Greens - as mad as Reform (pulling out of NATO Zack? Really?)

Lib Dems - Called out Reform’s lies whilst Farage bends the knee to Putin & Trump. Unapologetic in standing for principles that are truly British.

Stop Farage. Vote Lib Dem.

Great morning in Saighton Camp with fellow Christleton and Huntington Lib Dem
Team member Chris Ward asking residents what matters to them where they live. We’re going to be visiting the whole of the estate over the next few weeks so if you see us please come and say hello! 🔶🔶🔶

Shame on Chris Philp. Using the horrendous attack in Huntington as cover to promote his thinly veiled dog whistle politics is a disgrace. Last time I checked the East Coast Mainline wasn’t a ‘crime hotspot area’. Make no mistake, his reference to stop and search is because the suspect is a black man

How about Celtic stops wasting everybody’s time and just makes the sensible choice.

Cometh the hour….

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse for Andrew without the Epstein files actually been published he’s managed it!

In PR terms I believe this is called ‘profoundly suboptimal’.

Whatever action the government can take to strip him of his remaining privileges surely they must take now?

Next time you get a Labour leaflet with a bar chart through your door remember that the good people of Caerphilly got this scientifically bob on literature during the recent by-election.

I don’t know how the populace weren’t inspired to vote by a picture of a man with a brolly. Inspiring stuff.
