There is $1 million budgeted for the legal assistance needed for NACC to properly reconsider the Robodebt referrals - this funding ends in February 2026 and I hope for all of us that means there will be answers and accountability at this time (6+ years after Robodebt ended).

Despite being evil heinous drug smugglers, according to Heggy, the survivors were p/u by the Navy becuz killing them by neglect is violation of intl law. Detaining them here would require showing evidence they were drug smugglers, which #47 didn’t have. So they were given first aid & sent back.
