Been inspired by this quote from Elbert Hubbard to be more forthright with my opinions. So here goes.

I'd thoroughly recommend Magna in Rotherham for a day out. It's an old steel blast furnace that they've turned into a museum. It is absolutely huge and really eerily lit. Feels like you're walking round the Nostromo. Amazing

A checkerboard axis cube looks like a mean little robot
An axis cube (a weird type of rubik's cube where the rotational axes are on the cube diagonals) turned into the checkerboard position. On a traditional 3x3x3 that would look like a completed cube but where each side has alternating colours like a chess board. But on the axis cube it looks really weird. Very symmetrical and loads of colours and shapes. It is sat on a wood table, which is brown

I have a new favourite Finnish football team that has no patience with turbo-revving young punks.

Here's my favourite road sign on the M40 between London and Oxford. All the distances are square numbers!
