Hopefully providing some pragmatic advice to on how effective safety-netting advice can help patients seek timely medical help when indicated, whilst also promoting self-care and self-efficacy given the scarcity of our #NHS resources. Also touch on the role of #AI now and in the future. Enjoy!

The UK is facing a critical failure in medical workforce planning.

Thousands of doctors are trapped in a bottleneck, blocked from progressing due to a shortage of training posts.
