I ditched Twitter last night. I closed my account & feel good about it.
The onslaught of right-wing bots & trolls was had become overwhelming with the Twitter algorithm pushing far right crap into my 'following' feed.
I'll miss the football banter but the rest: good riddance.

I don’t think the gulf between the heavily online & the rest of us has ever felt wider than this morning. And the nature of the former experience has changed beyond recognition since Musk gifted Twitter to the far right. So those of us who have left the platform don’t fully grasp what’s going on.
