Well, that was a killer today, i think i need to up my Protein levels, i am not recovering fast enough, still sore from this routine on Sunday

My exercise levels have crumbled since changing jobs and having children.
When i get back in to a routine at the gym will people find details of my routine interesting or is it opening the doors for criticism?
