This is The Academy, a story game about youths at boarding school. I really struggled to make this into a game that the play testers would like. But after a few years of struggling I have up and published the version that I liked myself instead.

A friend really liked the Holmes edition of DnD so I got this Blueholme starter set that covers level 1-3. The best levels. I have played in the Holmes edition, but never run it or Blueholme.

Old School Essentials is a very well crafted clone of the old DnD Basic set, I have the advanced set as well. I haven't played either as it's a rather recent purchase. Pretty books though.

This is Faery's Tale. It has a price sticker, so I guess I have bought it somewhere. But I just stumbled across the book and I can't recall where or when. Looks like it could be suitable for young players, but I have no idea.

This is The Shadow of Yesterday. And I love this game. Would play. Would run. Have played several campaigns using these rules. Have hacked the rules and published a game based on them. Amazing system where the other PCs in the party matter, in a very mechanical sense.

Play troopers robots that rebel against the rule of other robots.
It's charming and full of fun mechanics.

The Aegis Project is a sci-fi game written to play a specific campaign about an invasion of Earth and the following battle among the stars.
It has some neat ideas, and I would consider playing it if offered. But I think you really need to do the campaign, and not just a one-shot.

This is Dark Ages Vampire Dark Ages. The 90's game about sexy and tragic vampires, but here they hang around with knights and ladies. Pretty nice game actually. We played it a bit in the 00's and I would both play and run it again in a heartbeat.
