I also think there are subcomplexes within condensates--we are starting to see this in the Adheres junction, both biochemically and by superresolution microscopy

Just to clarify--you do think it can be liquid-like, spherical and have surface tension? We see those properties in vivo so if your model allows them, it seems like a solid one

I am also interested in this--and how about wetting and spreading--there is some lovely in vivo work on this in tight junctions

I wrote him for the third time today saying while he is likely constrained by law in your actions, but your words would also be valuable. A simple message to our students that you understand the stress this is causing them would have been a step in the right direction. 2/2
