willing to give up some rights for their agenda, it may be time to look at 1st Amendment rights in much the same way. You cannot hide behind the 1st to incite a riot, so carry it a bit further out.

With the backlash from our current situation, we need some sort of refinement of broadcasting rules to be explored? We cherish our 1st Amendment rights almost as much as our 2nd Amendment rights, so it may need to be targeted more to corporate media than podcasts/individuals. MAGA seems to be

If you are knowingly lying to your audience without any indication that you are purposefully doing so, then the 1st Amendment shouldn't protect you. Fox had to pay for their lies. Reagan helped to make it easier for cable stations to lie. If you knowingly lie then you are entertainment, not news

Yet the 🟠🤡 tells us that American workers aren't talented enough so we have to bring in foreign workers. Maybe if we invested in education that way that others countries by making it affordable to more people we could have talented workers? Just saying....
