It started as a netstandard2.0 project, and people are using that tfm, so I don't want to go through the hassle of changing things.

My backup plan is to disable nullability for netstandard2.0 since it's covered by other TFMs btw, so no worries if it's unsolvable.

It's netstandard2.0 it complains about. What I can tell, it seems to have the attribute.
