I agree that service design is key to improve services by aligning people, processes, communication. However, imho while service design focuses on improving service interactions, design thinking is a strategic approach to tackle complex problems by deeply understanding users and driving innovation.

Either Freudian or i need new reading ( and writing) glasses 🤓
