Our cat also pees blood, and after two trips to the vet they figured out it was stress. Stress! Look at this thing. Where is the stress? Anyway, she has a special diet now and it's completely fixed the problem.

Apparently this thing has such stress she needs a special diet to avoid UTIs. She's an indoor cat who sleeps on a pile of duvets all day. I wish my life was that stressful.
