It’s not an excuse but the Europe saga hasn’t helped Palace plan ahead. Bearing in mind we qualified late for continental competition anyway.

They don’t even try to hide the corruption anymore. That’s how confident they are with UEFA in their back pocket. Infuriating.

Whilst I agree I also don’t think we’d be signing PSV’s first choice keeper as a backup to Henderson, if we didn’t have Europa.
