The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

His four-issue run with Paul Levitz on the Legion of Super-Heroes (284-287) revitalized the series which reached even greater heights with his successor, Keith Giffen.
