No, my gp surgery has no idea what conditions I have. This was taken with my health monitor, a week after my 24 hour ECG from the hospital, which I suspect showed similar.

Ah, I had that all of last week. Managed to slice my fingernail lengthways with a safety razor. Thank heavens I have a UV nail kit that glued it back together!
