I felt a change was sort of necessary, the monthly openings I've been doing haven't exactly been working out for a while. I used to do that so I didn't get completely overwhelmed but in the current climate it makes more sense to change things up a little.

And all tiers now include a discount on commissions, the lowest being 5% for the first tier.
