I think generally the idea is that they can't and that's why it's appealing? But also I feel like it tends to be a stand in when bits don't do it for people. So there's just no reason to unlock it. Because I've never seen one unlocked either.

Usually that boils down to demand. But it also might be that their delivery person has kids and they're being nice. Who knows really, never know what's going on in other people's lives.
