There is a reason why the US does not recognize the International Criminal Court. In all of its wealth building and power plundering it could not risk ever being held accountable. The ICC prosecutes individuals for genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression.

At what point does abuse of power come front and center in how he uses his pardon power? These are clearly bribes. How much did he get for this one? Pardons are specifically for cases where evidence leads the President to believe that justice has not been served.
