For background- this was a months-long professional development course, leading to recognised industry certification, that she threw heart-and-soul into. I absolutely believe her that she hasn't used AI on it.

The AI checker flagged usage such as "Firstly...secondly...and last" as AI-written, because apparently writing lists is a typical AI style. She is utterly bewildered and her professional body has just assumed the worst. AI is even indirectly poisoning how we work, think, and interact. Burn it down.
