Moreover, if you re-fetch only one property of some object that is visible on the viewport with all of its properties, and the property's value is changed, can you really assume all other properties are correct?

In the last year, 2 of 4 major performance issues were because of CSS selectors (:has(…)). So, I’m not sure about that moving everything to CSS. In one of the cases the solution was JavaScript
