Cattleya orchids typically don’t flower for the following reasons:

Insufficient light (maybe not in your case with the sunburn)
Insufficient water/fert
Insufficient maturity
Lack of rest period

Consistency in care will help (which I am not as good about).

Flowers are smaller and plant seems to be more compact than some other phals
