Something that I found that helps is to just let it ring all the way through. They end up just stop calling you. I haven’t had a spam call on a long while now. Hope this helps ^^

I know it’s hard for a lot of people (I’ve been there) but a constant sleep schedule is so important, and 3 meals a day too. I found keeping those in check has done amazing things for me and I’ve been the best I can be when I get those. Give the body what it needs. 🧡🧡🧡
