You're forgetting a bunch of tedious other stuff! Every store has its own submission rules and red tape and assets to generate and forms to fill in. That's what takes the time.

Yeah. It's just finding the time. So much to do and not enough volunteers.

PC VR / Vive is already on Steam. Pico might just work but we haven't tested it or published to the official Store yet.
