Star Wars fan. PT, OT, ST and everything inbetween.

Periodically grumpy.
I watched It’s A Wonderful Life last night for the first time.

What a great film!

Very much a movie of its age but it nearly had me bawling like a big soft lass at the end!

I loved DoD, even more on the second viewing. Magold did a great job with an 80yo Indy.

Didn’t help that it got caught up in the culture wars bullshit.

My Indy ranking:

Raiders
Last Crusade
DoD
KotCS
Temple of Doom (yes, it’s the worst one. By. Far.)

The world seems so polarised now that I’m not convinced that it’ll ever be possible to have a platform where opinions from both the right and left can be exchanged and discussed in a civil manner.

It was borderline even before Musk destroyed Twitter, but now it’s virtually impossible.
Opinion - The problem with Bluesky: It won’t broaden our horizons: In the wake of Donald Trump’s election win, the social-media platform has enjoyed a surge of new users looking for an alternative to Elon Musk’s X. But will it be useful, if it just creates an echo chamber for the left?

How awesome is it catching up with all your moots as we’re all making the move over?

You early adopters must be absolutely loving it!

I feel like I can say this safely here.

There isn’t a Jurassic Park movie that I haven’t enjoyed.

I’m looking forward to the new ones immensely.

Luke mussing Chewie, one of my favourite moments in ESB.

One of the fiercest killers in the Galaxy and Luke just scritches him like a pupper.

Ummmm…. Not really sure what to post here now.

90% of my schtick over on Twitter was calling out chud hypocrisy and general scumbaggery, which I understand isn’t a real problem here.

Sooooooooooo… uh…

Star Wars.

Star Wars is great, right?

Oh, yeah, Bluesky? If you're so great, let's just do a little test here, huh?

I loved The Last Jedi.

I thought The Acolyte was good.

Reva? Great character, great actress.
