I'm writing Xmas cards & it occurred to me that as a gesture sto Canadians and small business owners, CP should stop all rotating strikes until January so 🇨🇦 knew their Xmas cards & gifts would arrive on time. And workers would get full pay through this expensive season

- exempts AB from net zero electricity reg (AB produces 44% of all electricity-related GHGs in Canada).
- delays methane reg by 5 years (75% redn by 2035 rather than 2030.
