Agreed. But build prices need to come down. Components. In 2012 my parents had a 3 bedroom Quality home done for 158k. Last year they quoted me 650k for same home. That’s greed. There’s no way that’s inflation. All in close to 1M for a small prefab is ludicrous.

The fact that I just read this post and found out about it a day after it happened… speaks volumes about the desensitization in the USA. You don’t give a rats ass about each other or your children. Horrific. And yes, it’s your guns.
