I'm eating at the slightly-too-fancy restaurant in my hotel tonight. I decided on three things I'd order for sure, and one appetizer I wasn't sure about. but the waitress walked away after I told her the three things so I guess that means it's enough for one person.

I've been wearing new shoes recently and my right heel has a little sore spot but it's not bad.
except, tonight I got my left foot caught in the gate to my compound and it scraped the shit out of my heel. I don't think I own a pair of shoes that won't rub on, it unless I wear sandals in november
