@oniano.bsky.social
I think I misunderstood actually...I thought you were saying that your rent went up by £2500 per month!

But one day, their readers *will* earn that much...for it to be taken away by Labour!?

November 12, 2025 at 7:18 PM
what did you use to build it?
November 12, 2025 at 5:43 PM
What's this now!?
November 11, 2025 at 9:47 PM
I was expecting $800
November 11, 2025 at 1:28 PM
That's not bad!
November 11, 2025 at 1:28 PM
And it cost you $5 in credits...
November 11, 2025 at 1:27 PM
How much has it cost?
November 11, 2025 at 1:24 PM
Could it be @simonwillison.net ?
October 28, 2025 at 7:42 PM
It won't be economical to do so either, imo - Claude Code used £4 in credits the other day to move some classes from one project to another and fix the namespaces...it was a simple scenario too, Rider's refactoring tools could've handled it in seconds
October 28, 2025 at 7:41 PM
How many credits does that take? I asked it to move some files from one project to another (and update the namespaces etc) and it cost me £4!
October 27, 2025 at 6:53 PM
You know you can do other stuff while things are downloading?
October 27, 2025 at 8:28 AM
I think you're describing how @simonwillison.net lives his life now...you just need to build a startup and flog it!

My office is in the roof...I work from the office when it's really cold and really hot...
October 25, 2025 at 7:24 PM
How's the temperature in winter/summer?
October 25, 2025 at 4:13 PM
I'm with you though, microservices add drag during delivery and adds complexity to the service/ops...pay the overhead if you need it
October 21, 2025 at 10:47 PM
It depends
