Know your rights. Protect your neighbors.

New York is — and always will be — a city for all immigrants.

I had a rough Monday & Tuesday at school but Wednesday and after, I really felt like I was transferring knowledge! The kids were up to the challenge of painting, drawing, etc. We acted like artists using what a kid called “artist lines” and explored mult compositions w collage.

Why are things unaffordable? If the min wage increased at the rate of productivity since 1960, it'd be $27 today—not $7.25

Billionaires & Mega Corps have stolen at least $20/hour from working Americans for 65 years—an estimated $79T

Things are unaffordable because billionaires are stealing from us

People are all sharing this approvingly, but the reason Halle Berry is mad at Gavin Newsom is because her scam AI menopause supplement health woo company can't bleed taxpayers because of the bill he vetoed.

A pox on all of their houses.
"...Newsom has vetoed our menopause bill, not one but two years in a row. But that's OK, because he's not going to be governor forever. And with the way he's overlooked women, half the population, by devaluing us in midlife, he probably should not be our next president either."

I don’t understand folks. A huge Instagram account posted a video of a person struggling after a fall into the subway tracks today. Like that person could have had a medical issue that caused the fall, seems to have one because of the fall, and maybe posting it is a big violation of their privacy?

BREAKING: NYT reporting that Trump has just fired 8 immigration judges in New York City who worked at 26 Federal Plaza. That's NYC ICE HQ.

In the city that declares "give us your tired your poor, your huddled masses yearning to be free," Trump shuts down due process for immigrants. This is fascism.

I just keep saying to coworkers: did you know Starbucks workers are on strike? But to the same people do I know they know. It’s it awkward sure is.
For all the mfers who say workers just serve coffee, just deliver packages, just stock shelves, just clean rooms, just prep food, or just check in guests, remember this, they keep our communities running every day. And when they’re on a picket line, you respect it.

6 years today the first COVID case was identified in a man in Wuhan marking the beginning of a global pandemic that changed the world. We are way less prepared today to face another pandemic than we were back then. This fact makes me sad.
