Lake Erie seiche has sloshed all the way to the east end and is rebounding back already. Graphs showing the water depth at Toledo and Buffalo respectively. Also a buoy on the east end showing 13 foot waves with winds gusting over 70 mph currently..... Surfs up!

Half a lifetime ago 26 year old me, no autopilot, no GPS, no flight attendant, 5 leg 14 hour days and no fear. Probably cause I had no clue lol. Big bad flipper skipper.

Did you know that the S.S. Arthur M. Anderson is still sailing the Great Lakes and hauling iron ore as it was doing that fateful day 50 years ago following the Fitz. Still amazed to see her when she comes into Cleveland.

Certainly. I snapped this screenshot last night before going to bed just because of how rare this is. Fascinating and terrifying at the same time. That’s a 30 mile wide EF-4 tornado that’s about to rip through fortunately a somewhat less populated part of the island but will still be devastating.

Hmmm…Gibson is selling a new Marty McFly guitar from Back To The Future, 1 of my all time fav movies. It’s relic’d and everything, made to look like the original 55’ ES-345 that Michael J. Fox’s character used in the film. It can’t be that expensive right? Wrong! 🤦♂️ Anyone have an extra 20k ??
