Agree. It’s a hard choice between this and dash cam crash videos. Any one of several things should lead to dismissal but one thing concerns me: If it’s the not showing the grand jury the final indictment thing, and re Gaithers et al 1969 precedent, the Supreme Court will (IMO) overturn a dismissal.

Well, among other drivel that’s come out of his cake hole recently is a confession that he doesn’t like good looking ppl (which everyone immediately understood as referring specifically to men). Permanently frozen in the worst phase of adolescence, his insecurity could power a good size city.

Agree. And the “criticality” of a mineral is not intrinsic. “Rare Earths” are not actually rare. Critical minerals were made critical by deliberate political choice, long ago and, strategically, by China. We saw the pay off last week e.g. causing Trump to back down.

Oh that was just a typo, specifically a misplaced space. They were holding their fire to let Trump have his circus, lose interest and look away. Then they just ceased holding their fire. Not sure what’s hard about this.

So it was at ~ 2000’ above msl. The highest building in Melbourne is (I think) Australia 108 in South Bank at ~ 1000’ amsl. So even if it tracked over that it would have been (just) legal. But it would certainly look startlingly low and I think that approach path into Essendon would be unusual.

Min altitude over the highest obstacle in a built up area is 1000’ with that object within a 600m radius. You can look on FlightRadar24 to see what it was and what altitude. When I fly the “River Run” in Perth I have to turn tight in front of the city to meet this requirement

FFS wake up ! Trump isn’t a temporary aberration. The rule of law, both nationally and internationally has been rejected and both congress and SCOTUS have endorsed it. The old US is gone. It’s closer to the corrupt Russian oligarchy than a democracy now.

Ah well, a constitutional monarch is a very different thing to the absolute monarch Trump wants to emulate. I fear “No Kings (unless largely ceremonial, constitutionally constrained and subject to the same laws as the citizenry) !!” Won’t fit so easily on a banner.
