I would advise to not Google Callandor to avoid spoilers. From s3E1 we learned that it is the most powerful male sa'angreal (object of power that allows men to channel more power than normal). We also learned that it is in a fortress and it is a sword that is not a sword.

You're thinking Cairhien, but a hunter of the horn can be from anywhere. There are several nations in this world with different political systems. As you asked earlier Andor is the most powerful of those nations and it is a queendom. 2 rivers is part of Andor but very remote from Caemlyn.

For 1, it was cool visually and 2, so much happened in this episode, hard to follow for watchers. They will double back on that and explain, I'm sure. Same for Balefire. Some people got a grasp but not all. And I'm not even talking of fox buddy 🤣
