This morning I asked the Government how the Chancellor will make sure the National Wealth Fund uses different risk criteria from other financial institutions so it can encourage investment in key areas like clean energy.

This week, Alaa Abdel Fattah will miss his son’s 14th birthday.

I asked the Minister to elaborate on the government's plans to ensure that Alaa is able to return from Egypt to be with his son for Christmas.

£7,780 for an annual season ticket from Didcot to the London Travelcard area doesn't represent value for money for my constituents.

Yesterday, I challenged the Secretary of State on this. It's time for affordable rail fares. 🚄

Yesterday, I spoke to ITV about the Government’s mixed messages on special educational needs provision, which is doing nothing to fix a system that is already failing families.

The Government must provide SEND families with the certainty and clarity they've been waiting for.

A consistent source of frustration for constituents is the fact that health, transport and leisure facilities simply are not keeping up with rapid housing growth.

The Government must update its road safety strategy to include vehicle lighting. It’s time to make our roads safer for everyone.

Yesterday, I led a debate on the Government’s proposed cuts to the IB. These cuts would have a real impact on students and their families in my constituency, and I made sure to share my constituents' concerns in Parliament.

Today at PMQ's, I challenged the Prime Minister on SEND reform delays, asking him what he has to say to parents and education workers who are desperately worried by his government’s decision to delay SEND reforms until 2026.

The response was non-committal, lacking empathy for the parents, ...

There are many unanswered questions about the Heathrow Third Runway. That's why, yesterday, I challenged the Secretary of State for Transport on her support for it.

Last Friday, I had the privilege of visiting Fitzwaryn School, which is the only special school in Didcot and Wantage constituency.

I will continue to press for more special schools, along with more funding, so that we can better support young people with special educational needs.

Getting the GP surgery built currently seems to be stuck somewhere between the Integrated Care Board and NHS England.

I will continue to fight for this desperately needed GP surgery, which will be crucial for reducing the enormous pressure on existing facilities in the area.
