This is why we need the equivalent of Ireland's Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) with the power to seize personal assets derived from criminal acts (subject to a court order, on the balance of probability and even if they have been gifted away). Fraudulently marking goods as CE is a criminal act.

So it's not a peace plan or a deal or a negotiation, it's an ultimatum from the aggressor* and their enabler promising even more aggression if their terms are not met.

*Israel went from being the victim of Oct 7 to being outright aggressors months ago.

And @theguardian.com there is an error re SDLT. It is charged depending on how many properties you already own. Not if it's the primary or secondary residence - which is not declared when paying SDLT. This undermines your whole section 1.

I wouldn't trust Trump to pay me for something if I was face to face with him. Noone who leaves without the cash in their pockets will see a dime, never mind $1,000. In fact - I wouldn't trust them to not take the air fare out of their bank accounts after they've left.
