I played in my store's release event. Had a great time. If anyone is looking for bang for your buck on this game I definitely recommend thr Proving Ground box. Comes with 4 pre-made decks, enough for a full pod of their multi-player formats or have a variety of decks right out the gate for players.

I appreciate them being more explicit about how digimon are shaped by their owners. Makes me wonder what Gekkomon's evolutiona are going to behave like cause right now he's very much a chill kid with a big appetite whi h they pointed out about Tomoro at the end of the episode.

As someone who did what Kris suggested and started with Cold Steel and has not, and still haven't, touched the previous games, the pop is still great because the games don't assume you know these people and introduces them to you very steadily and you still get all the required background info.
