I have been bulking (both clean and dirty 😬😂) for a year. I gained the weight and muscle I wanted and now I'm bored so going back to strictly metabolic training. It's cutting season or waeva 💀

It took Labor multiple generations of bloody fighting to bring Gilded Age oligarchs to heel and win protections for workers that were solidified in the New Deal, and it will take that same level of generational commitment to end this new Gilded Age we're in now.

One thing that I really started appreciating towards quality of life improvement was *really* leaning into my hobbies hard. Nothing monitized, with a focus on external people, or that feeds into personal vanity. And preferably analog.
