this would also clarify the liablity aspect I imagine: each user is responsible for what their own instance produces. I don't think it would be desirable to have non-human intelligences that are independent and outside the law.

why doesn't it count? Maybe a personal preference, but it's best to be lenient with the inputs and rigorous with the outputs

so the question becomes: what is the right language fragment, what is the right extension of FOL, etc
