I haven't been down to see it, but the construction really puts into perspective how big of a footprint the project is.

This area has four expansive community housing properties. Massive middle class rental, and relatively small amount of low density housing.
Outside this picture, are pockets of some of the most expensive properties in Ottawa.
But at its core, could do with uplift.

A councilor spoke of the OC State of the Transit being a major impact event, forcing the Mayor and others to really reflect on how to act about transit
I don't know if the counselor misspoke or OC had a similar display. Either way let's pretend it was ours!

So, perhaps your patrons should follow bylaws?
