Esp sad bc it preys on people new to cooking. An experienced home cook can skim a recipe and quickly see if it goes off the rails based on what it says. Someone just starting to cook for self or others wouldn't realize and end up with something that discourages them from trying again.

Hard agree. Former longtime pizza delivery person here. Won't go into all the economic, operational and customer service reasons why delivery by someone employed by the shop is better. Suffice to say, it is to point if restaurant doesn't deliver I'll go pick it up before using 3rd party service

Bc there is class of folks who insist anything done for the poor needs overlay of some sort of data mining or predatory lending scam. To them, poor deserve to pay penance and they deserve the proceeds.
