RSF evolved from the Janjaweed militia, which, backed by Mr. Al-bashir's regime was one of the major actors responsible for an estimated 300,000 civilian deaths and massive IDPs in Dafur. RSF is now targeting IDPs in Dafur. Are they still pursuing national power or aiming for a breakaway state!
