I don’t have the clock app, but I’m quite good at following recipes if you know of a good frosting cookbook. That’s why the ganache success - my mom doesn’t make a ganache so I was following a detailed recipe.

I can RTFM & follow instructions like a champ.

Is the only additional frosting type I can think of offhand & I’m not that kind of woman. The fondant kind.

& usually buttercream - if I have my way a mocha buttercream, but I have also fucked up cream cheese frosting. I think I have succeeded at a dark chocolate ganache, but even though it was what it was supposed to be, I just wanted it to be mocha buttercream.
