To: Lt. Moniz From: A Reed Subject: U.S. Rep. N. Mace Date: 10/30/2025 At about 06:00 Sgt. Agosta told me and Officer Suthers to escort Rep. Mace from the curb to her flight. We were told she would be arriving at 06:30 in a white BMW. At about 06:20, Officer Yangco also joined us waiting in the ticketing vestibule looking for the white BMW. About 06:35 we were informed she was running about 10-15 minutes late. We maintained our position in the ticketing vestibule, continuing to watch for the white BMW. A couple of times I stepped outside because i saw a white vehicle that I was uncertain of the make and wanted to confirm if it was or wasn't Rep Mace. We NEVER saw a white BMW approach. Shortly before 07:00 our dispatch stated Rep. Mace was at the TSA KM entrance. Less than a minute later we arrived at the KCM line, and she immediately began loudly cursing and making derogatory comments to us and about the department. She repeatedly stated we were "Fucking Incompetent," and "this is no way to treat a lucking US Representative" She also said we would never treat Tim Scott like this. She stated she was going to contact Eliot and tell him how horrible she has been treated. The entire walk to gate B-8 she was cursing and complaining and often doing the same into her phone. After standing in the vicinity of B-8 for several minutes with her continuing her tirade, she finally boarded the aircraft. After the aircraft departed the gate, the American Airlines Gate Agent approached us and stated he was in disbelief regarding her behavior. He implied that a US Representative should not be acting the way she was. We cleared from B-8 and returned to the TSA checkpoint where we briefly talked with TSA Supervisor Johnny Lynch. He stated she also talked to several TSA Agents the same way and he was very upset with how she acted at the checkpoint.
