I wish others, including peers and families, would understand that we're not running a charm school. They are disturbed and horrified when we grow people's capacity to communicate their anger.

I think time is exactly what it takes. Give them and yourself time for them to learn to drop some of their "niceness" ❤️

Super cool! At first I was wondering where in Ohio at this time of the year would have so many shore birds. When I checked out your ebird it made sense :)

No. Allegedly it was added around each window at each level by the lobby elevators during major renovation work (probably illegal). Residents complained but the company didn't listen.

I try to make sure we never start any cross-country meeting before 7am PST but they think I am soft.

15 minutes? The onions aren't even lightly brown at that stage. At least 45 to 60 minutes is my take, depending when you add certain things.
