Boone the Therapy Doodle is off therapy doodling at our career tech center today. He’s my favorite work project and the bestest boy. He makes all the kids days whenever he’s in a school.

This morning it was time to clean the starter jar and I decided to make some white cheddar cheese it’s with some of the discard today

Today I fed Sour McLachlan twice and used the discard for sourdough granola and sourdough strawberry muffins (not pictured, yesterday I made sourdough discard peanut butter no-bakes.)

Sour McLachlan batch 022. Really finding my own with this new starter. I still miss the Yeastie Boys but I had to retire back in 2020 when pandemic flour supplies ran out. This was fed a mix of whole wheat and bread flours so I’m expecting some extra sharpness from this when I cut into it.

I only use tap to pay or Apple Pay these days but had to swipe this card a few weeks back because Walmart is trapped in the early aughts. Anyway, love my bank. Hope the guy had a nice meal and ended up washing dishes to pay for it.

It was suggested to me today by my state department of education that I read a certain document to better understand the answer to my question. A document I’m guessing they themselves haven’t read.
