Tragic, but not worth the risk! Still super tasty 😋

Oh yes, the addition of kale is a good one! And adding runny eggs to anything make it better. An all-time fave!

It’s SO good! It might need more protein for a full meal, if you eat eggs, a couple of poached eggs or runny fried eggs on top are GREAT. (I eat that for breakfast sometimes)

Oh I think you could do pretty much anything you want! It’s VERY flexible, I imagine. I add the psyllium fiber husk just to bulk up the fiber content, really. I can’t tell that it makes much difference to flavor or texture. I do think the flaxseed adds a little texture and flavor.

It’s legit one of the best things I make. It’s SO satisfying!

Perfect as a side with one green veg + protein for a very balanced meal

Brown diced onion in fat, add small-diced sweet potato and (homemade, quick-cook stock or water), cook until soft, add rice, salt to taste. Add flax seed and psyllium husk fiber when liquid is pretty fully absorbed. Crisp: cook to desired/tolerated brownness.

(It’s clear you know this! It just bears repeating over and over.) People live in red states for all sorts of reasons — history, family, jobs, migration chains, support networks, cost of living. policy isn’t it. (Turns out, a lot of the CA to TX migrants don’t love it!) Mobility ain’t easy or cheap
