Thanks all for the outpouring of love/support. I fear I may have worried folks with my discussion of my mental health. Mostly feel like I’ve been in a funk lately and December is a crazy busy month at work. Just trying to make it to Holdovers season in one piece, so I can be my regular holiday self.

I might also stop watching sports on tv at home for the month. I feel like it can keep me from establishing good routines or doing things I claim to want to accomplish. Going to try to be a bit more deliberate about sports. If there’s a big game, I am happy to go somewhere and watch with friends.
